Orders, price and payment
Before payment, you choose your rulers and delivery destination. The price and delivery charge shown at checkout form part of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout.
We accept your order when we send an order-confirmation email. A contract is formed then, not when payment is made. We are not VAT-registered and do not charge UK VAT.
Delivery
We ship rulers from the UK with Royal Mail. Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment.
For deliveries outside the UK, import taxes, duties and carrier handling fees may apply. Unless they are collected at checkout, you must pay these charges.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Our rulers are sold in standard percentage options, not as personalised products. Your statutory cancellation rights and rights relating to faulty goods are unaffected.
You can cancel before delivery or within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Tell us you wish to cancel within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Email support@potteryruler.com for the returns address.
If you cancel the whole order, we refund the payment by the original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery charge. We make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. If the goods have not been sent, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
You pay return postage if you change your mind. We cover return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if goods are faulty.
